Bos96 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and rules governing your use of the bos96 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the bos96 platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not authorized to use the bos96 platform.

Acceptance of these terms occurs automatically when you complete registration or continue using the platform after any changes are announced. bos96 may modify, add, or revise these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms periodically.

Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally permitted by local laws to participate in online entertainment activities. bos96 is not responsible for any use by persons who do not meet the minimum age requirement.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibility

Account Registration

Each user is allowed only one account on the bos96 platform. Registering multiple accounts with the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts without notice.

At registration, you must provide true, complete, and current information, including an active Malaysia phone number. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in suspension or termination of your account and any remaining balance may be forfeited by bos96.

Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details secure. bos96 will never ask for your password via any channel outside the platform. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify the bos96 support team.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Using software, bots, or automation tools to influence game results or bets.
  • Exploiting technical platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
  • Engaging in any illegal activities through the bos96 platform.
  • Using illegally obtained funds for deposits or transactions on the platform.

3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All financial transactions on the bos96 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly. If payments are made in other currencies via third-party providers, currency conversion rates and related fees are the sole responsibility of the user.

Deposits to your bos96 account can be made using supported methods including FPX online banking and TNG eWallet. The bank account or digital wallet holder’s name used for the deposit must match the registered name on your bos96 account. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in deposit delays or rejection.

Withdrawals from your bos96 account are subject to successful identity verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus or rollover requirements. bos96 may request identity documents before processing withdrawals. Withdrawal processing times range from 30 minutes up to 24 business hours depending on the method and time of request.

Bos96 is not responsible for any losses caused by technical failures of banking systems or third-party payment providers beyond its control.

4. Liability Limits, Account Termination & Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

Bos96 makes no guarantees that the platform will operate without interruptions, technical errors, or unplanned downtime. Under no circumstances will bos96’s total liability to users exceed the funds available in the user’s account at the time of the claim. bos96 is not liable for indirect losses, loss of income, or damages resulting from use or inability to use the platform.

Account Termination & Suspension Policy

Bos96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
  • Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
  • Providing false information during registration or verification.
  • Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
  • Requests from relevant authorities.

If an account is terminated due to terms violations, any remaining balance may be withheld at bos96’s discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bos96 platform including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software are the exclusive property of bos96 or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent from bos96.

5. Third-Party Links, Amendments & Governing Law

Third-Party Links

The bos96 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services such as payment providers or game operators. bos96 does not control the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties and is not responsible for any losses arising from your interactions with them. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Terms Changes

Bos96 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of updates.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
